Credit: If rated in Dun and Bradstreet, please advise of rating, and supply four (4) trade and vendor references and bank information. If a credit rating cannot be established, we accept Visa, Master Card & American Express or send payment in advance.

Changes in Orders or Cancellations: Changes of quantities, copy, color or stock may be made depending on stage of the order. These changes may require a change in pricing or a change for work incurred. Cancelled orders will be subject to all charges for materials, artwork and services incurred at time of cancellation.


Label Returns / Liability: All label returns must be authorized in advance with an authorized return number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned by the carrier. All returns must be authorized within sixty (60) days of our shipping date. Liability for rejected labels is limited to the price charged for the same labels. Credit will only be issued for those labels which are returned unless otherwise agreed to. Credit will be limited to errors of omission and commission; if the customer wishes to change copy, label design, or other facets of the label, credit will not be given toward replacement of the incorrect labels.

Customer Supplied Copy:  Copy should be typed or hand printed by the customer so that it is clear and error-free. We will follow the exact specifications in laying out your label. In the absence of exact specifications, our professional artists will use their best judgment in designing your label. We will not be responsible for errors of customer specification or in the design of the label. Call or e-mail for a quotation on orders requiring unusual extensive design or layout. 

Over-Runs & Under-Runs: We seek to produce requested quantities; however, we reserve the right by industry standards to over-run or under-run orders by 10%, which will constitute fulfillment of the order. If exact quantities are specified at time of ordering, add 5% to unit price.

Patents or Copyrights: When orders are manufactured to customer's specifications, the purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for patent or copyright infringements.

Political: State and federal laws vary with regard to notices which must be printed and identification of those responsible for purchasing, publishing, or distributing political advertising. It is the customer's responsibility to submit the correct copy to meet these requirements.

Rights to Promotion: We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of order.

Art Proofs: A $12.00 charge for first proof that will become an order within 60 days of receipt. The second and subsequent proof will cost $5.00 each. All proofs that do not become an order within 60 days of shipment will be billed $24.00.

Press Proof: A press proof can be produced at the base price of $110.00 depending on size, color and material. Call or email for additional information.

Other options

Lamination: An overlamination of clear poly film on your custom labels adds gloss, enhances colors and provides water resistant scuff protection. Call or email for quote.

Varnish: Enhances appearance and durability of the label face. Priced the same as an additional ink color.


Color/Copy Change: Color or copy changes (not both) are available at the combined price plus $34.00 per change.  Minimum 500 per change.

Special Quotes: For larger quantities or unusual custom label requirements, call or email for quote.

Perforation or Singles:  Perforation for easy tear off or folding and individual labels are available in most sizes for an additional $30.00.
